  1. Hi there Cristine,

We recently came across your blog.

Last year we launched a new website called www.hepatitisCnews.com which we have been updating with the latest news and views on hep C and liver health.

We really like your blog and we are looking for contributors.

Would you be interested in writing a short article (300-600 words) for our website?

Perhaps something about your own experiences with hepatitis, or the advice that you would give to people who have been diagnosed recently.

We hope that you will find our new site useful and will consider sharing some of it with your readers.

    Best wishes,

Matt at the Hep C News team

  2. Hi Christine,

I saw your blog and though I would reach out to you. I hope this email finds you well.

I’m working with my client on behalf of Xcenda, part of AmerisourceBergen Consulting Services, who are an independent market research firm that works with pharmaceutical and biotech companies. Xcenda is currently looking for individuals who are interested in being on an informational panel for market research projects focused on Hepatitis C (HCV). These will not be medical studies but might include asking for your thoughts and opinions on medications, or asking for your suggestions on how to improve reading materials such as educational brochures.

Because Xcenda is an independent market research company, any personal information that you give will be kept confidential from any company other than us (SMRG), and Xcenda. The way this panel works is that we would go through a few questions now to see if you qualify, and if you do – and choose to join the panel – we will pass your information onto Xcenda who will send you $50 for joining, and provide you with direct contact information in case you have any questions. Once you’ve agreed to join, Xcenda will put your contact information into
their database and then contact you whenever they have market research projects available. Participation is always completely voluntary, but you would be compensated each time you take part.

Finally, the Xcenda Hepatitis C (HCV) Market Research Panel works on an opt-in basis. Once we have gone through some questions to see if you qualify, it is your choice to enroll in this panel. Equally, if you ever decide you no longer wish to be a member of this panel, you can call or email Xcenda directly, and they will remove your information from their system.

Would this be something you might be interested in? If so, you and I can go through a few more questions over the phone to see if you qualify to join our panel.

Thank you so much for your time and I look forward to hearing from you!

    Best,
    Anjie

  4. Hi, Cristine! Happy for your negative results! I'm about to start my treatment in the beginning of April. I was supposed to start in the fall, but postponed it the whole time. And now new drug came! I have genotype 3. Really scared but encouraged with a new drug. I write my blogg in Russian and mostly for myself. So it won't be any use for you to read it. But I will follow you if that's ok.
